Who are we
The company has been formed by world class professionals who have proven track record in development and execution of infrastructure projects. The sponsors have a desire to improve the real estate market of Pakistan by bringing in expertise and modern technology along with trustworthiness and integrity. They have a mission to contribute to the motherland by delivering projects that are in line with the world standards. Sponsors of our company have worked at the leadership positions at major industrial and commercial business groups and have successfully developed and constructed infrastructure projects which are worth more than 20 billion Rs.
Kashif Mateen Ansari
Mr. Kashif Mateen Ansari is a director of Summit Builders and Developers Ltd. He started his career in Pakistan Army and attained the distinction of winning the Sword of Honour and 5 Gold Medals from Pakistan Military Academy, Kakul. On deciding to change his profession, he completed his studies at the Harvard Business School, USA. Mr. Kashif brings along more than 25 years of diversified experience of leadership and management. He has already made his mark in the corporate sector. At a very young age he held the position of business head of the Askari Group which owned more than 30 companies with total staff strength of over 13,000 in Cement, Banking, Investment, Insurance, Leasing, Pharmaceutical, Aviation, Oil and gas, IT, Agriculture, sectors. He has served at the Board of Directors of many large companies including Askari Bank, Askari Leasing, Askari Insurance, Askari Asset Management, Askari Aviation, Askari Cement. He is a thought leader and his articles appear in noted periodicals and Newspapers along with professional journals. He regularly appears on various TV shows to talk on economy, business and energy. He is also the founder and CEO of Sachal Energy Development which is a Wind Power Project and one of the Early Harvest projects of CPEC that has completed implementation and successfully serving the nation by providing clean energy. His project is the first private project in Pakistan that received Sinosure backed financing from China.
He has served as the Secretary of the Harvard Club of Pakistan. He has also served as the President of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. He is actively engaged in philanthropy. He is part of a team that has developed residential and educational facilities for special children in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. He is actively involved in education and in collaboration with “Thinkers Forum Pakistan” he has funded and institutionalized a scholarship program that is successfully running for the last seven years for Medical, Engineering and professional students from low income areas of Pakistan.
